The ADISA Brand includes logos, name and certifications offered. Misuse of our brand is the unauthorised use, imitation, or misrepresentation of the Company’s intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets and includes false or misleading claims about the relationship with ADISA. Brand infringement also includes all proprietary information and any other confidential or proprietary data owned or licensed by the Company.
