Share this certificate with your service provider, who should then provide an ADISA Certificate that matches your DIAL rating. If there are discrepancies, investigate and request corrective actions or consider reviewing your supplier.

To create a DIAL reference, get in touch with your ADISA-certified ITAD partner. They’ll provide you with a URL to their DIAL page. Alternatively, you can create your DIAL reference directly here.
